Class terms & Conditions

  • To trial a new class before committing to booking please contact us on unityda.office@gmail.com

  • In order to avoid disappointment and conform to current Health and Safety guidelines, once a place is confirmed and payment made, all bookings are final. Refunds will be at the discretion of UDA and subject to a minimum cancellation period of 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course.

  • During opening hours, UDA will be 'in loco parentis', and as such will be responsible for administering any basic first aid which may be required. If your child has any specific medical requirements, please ensure that UDA is informed and all necessary medicine is brought to all lessons. If you have any questions or concerns in relation to this, please contact us when booking on unityda.office@gmail.com

  • UDA may take photo’s and videos during classes for our social media accounts, if you do not consent to this please state otherwise when booking.

  • For Dancers under the age of 5 years old, parents MUST wait in the foyer for the duration of the class.

 

GDPR

 The law on protecting personally identifiable information, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), allows Public Health England to use the personal information collected by NHS Test and Trace Service.

Therefore if required to do so by the NHS Track and Trace Services, UDA will provide the contact details of all children and adults that have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid-19 within the setting.

This is in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR ‘processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest’.
